I booked Splash to clean my windows again this year. But after they finished I realized they forgot a window and didn't clean the tracks. I emailed the owner and got a reply from an employee - that I didn't pay for track cleaning, no mention of the window they missed. I understand that mistakes happen but where is the customer service. DONT USE THESE GUYS

When I decided that I needed my ducts cleaned - I asked around then googled "duct cleaning Toronto" - Home Stars came up. I had written a review of my contractor there so decided that would be the best place to look. The Duct Cleaning Specialists had great reviews - so I gave them a call. Paul returned my call quickly - explained their services and we booked an appt. Steve S. not only arrived within the hour window but gave me a call before he showed up. Steve was wonderful - he was polite, professional and explained what he was doing along the way. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. The job he did was amazing - my ducts are clean and the air is much healthier. I will and have recommended The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Thanks!

Mike and Jamie were wonderful - not only did they promise and deliver but they kept the house clean (which I was amazed at). I am so happy with the end result - looks better then I ever imagined. Thanks guys
