Not happy with this company. Poor customer service. They promised to close the sprinklers at the end of the season but that never happened. They never gave me a heads up as to when they were coming to close the sprinklers. Called two hours before they decided to come, but I wasn't home and I couldn't answer the phone. I called them two hours later and they told me that now they will have to charge me $80. Also one of the drip hoses in front of the house is leaking from their installation.

Great company and great service. I had a issue with my air conditioning unit and they helped me solve the problem over the phone. Didn't charge me for their expertise. I will be calling them next time I have a problem. Thank you.

STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!!!I hadn't posted this review earlier because I didn't know that they were on Homestars.com. They opened my pool and did a horrible job. The whole job was rushed by a couple of amateurs. The plugs at the pumps were leaking and it took forever to reach them to fix the problem...which I had to fix myself. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had hired a bad employee so I hired them again to close the pool. The closing was worse than the opening. They broke my pool light but told me that it was already broken. STAY AWAY!

Very Impressed with the profesionalism and Honesty of this company. When my wife and I started to consider a kitchen renovation we had heard many horror stories from friends and neighbours about so called renovation companies. We interviewed 5 different contractors for our project, and after doing our research we chose Novacon. (Thankfully!!!) The kitchen looks better than what we planned. Great Job Novacon. Adam
