I called Kenmore and texted some photos of a damaged exterior faucet. I was worried he would have to cut drywall to make the repair, but he figured out a way to get it done without going inside. I heard a loud scratching sound in my living room ceiling and knew an animal had gotten inside somehow. I didn't know if it was a squirrel or a raccoon. Mahamat was on site the next day, on time as scheduled. He spent over an hour in the garage, on the roof, back in the garage photographing evidence (chewing, poop, footprints) and determined it was a squirrel. He showed me the photos and explained what he found, which I appreciated. A humane trap was set, and now we wait and hope the critter finds his way to it quickly so we can set him free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mahamat. He clearly cares about what he's doing and doing it right. Thank you!

I needed a large, bound area rug in a hurry to complete a project and Maria responded right away. Within 24-hours the rug was finished and delivered. It's soft, comfy and exactly right. Maria was lovely to deal with.

Mister Plumber (Vlad) is courteous, professional and very fairly priced. Several months ago he replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and inexpensively when we were quoted in the hundreds of dollars by other plumbers. We called him back after the holidays to replace a toilet and to assess a slow/clogged bathroom sink drain. The work was completed under an hour. All packaging was removed and taken to the curb. Vlad and his partner were courteous, professional and respectful of my home. We would not hesitate to recommend Mister Plumber (and in fact have referred Vlad to several of our friends already). It's refreshing to encounter an honest and friendly tradesperson, and we will definitely use Mister Plumber for any future plumbing jobs.
