I called Kenmore and texted some photos of a damaged exterior faucet. I was worried he would have to cut drywall to make the repair, but he figured out a way to get it done without going inside.
He showed up same day to take a look and made the repair quickly. He also replaced a second exterior faucet at the same time.
Definitely recommend.
