Mark did the home inspection for our first home and my wife and I were extremely satisfied. His thoroughness and willingness to look behind/under things helped uncover Asbestos in certain parts of the house, which was thankfully removed as a result. He had so many good small pointers, like making the garage more structurally sound, keeping water out over the long-term, and ensuring better energy efficiency. Plus, he was really helpful in taking the time to discuss different options in addressing the small issues uncovered and expressed a willingness to be contacted in the future for advice.
