Aug 2016. Outstanding service and product - professional and knowledgeable. The report with pics produced on site, configured for Tarion new home warranty. Recently sold house in Toronto. Used Carson Dunlop, one of the first and largest home inspection companies. Acker provided much better product. Well done Phil!
