Phil and his partner provided me with an excellent walk-through during the home inspection assessment and answered all questions I had. Once the inspection was completed, the provided inspection report was detailed, easy to understand, and thorough. I'd also like to add that Phil has a great sense of humour and this made the inspection all the more relaxed. I highly recommend Phil and his team to everyone and as well, this rates are very competitive!

Phil was very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of anxiety prior to the home inspection, but his calm and informative way of delivering information put me at ease.

My house was on the newer side, but he was still able to point out many minor issues the house would need remedied and provided me with a good roadmap for the future maintenance of my house.

Phil is a very knowledgeable professional. He helped me finish the one year Tarion inspection. He did a thorough examination and walk me through the issues in my home. I was worried about the leakage in my basement. Due to the weather, it did not show the clear evidence. Phil made a second trip to inspect it after the rainy days. He also identified the insulation problem in the attic. I will definitely work with Phil again and his service is highly recommended.

This was the 3rd time I used this company in 17 years. This time it was for a 10 year old home which we bought without a home inspection so we were a bit worried about what Phil and Randy would find. As usual, they were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The report is detailed and easy to understand. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars in the "satisfaction" rating is because the report is online only. I would much prefer a hard copy, the way it was the first time I used this company. Overall though, I would not hesitate to recommend them and to use them again. The depth of their knowledge is invaluable and whatever answer they are unable to answer, they will direct you to the type of service that is required to repair or correct the issue with your home.

I would highly recommend Acker Home Inspection. After working with them twice, their process is thorough and streamlined and have been a great help in resolving home warranty issues. Following along with the inspection is educational and addressing deficiencies early is a cost-efficient form of preventive maintenance. Again, highly recommended for new homeowners.

They went through every inch in the house to identify all the defaults in the home and the comprehensive report that they provide you clearly state all of the possible issues that your home needs addressed

I strongly recommend Phil and Randy to anyone that needs an inspection in general and/or has any worries about their home and its functionality

First off, they were responsive and accommodating when setting up the appointment.

When the appointment came, Phil and Randy were there early and got started right away. Their friendly nature made it easy to ask any questions I had throughout but it wasn't necessary to ask too many because of how thorough they were.

Because they work as a pair, inspection was done in around half the time others take (1.5 hrs. vs. 2.5-3), which saved me time. Inspection report with pictures were sent to me the same evening, along with an email from Phil offering to answer any follow-up questions we had.

Very pleased from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
