Note this happened 3 years ago. Darryl helped me to install my furnace and suddenly one night it wasn't working. I called him up and he came to help me see what was going on with the brand new unit. It turned out the sump pump backed up and my entire basement was flooded which also destroyed the furnace. Darryl took off his socks and waded in about a foot of cold water in my flooded basement to help me look at my furnace and he did not have to at all! I definitely will be telling this story to my grandkids. :D

Friendly, Fantastic prices and Fast. I already told all my friends and my neighbor about their services. We got photos of the job done and everything was sanitized nicely with thyme and lemon scent.

The sales staff are extremely inconsistent at the Don Mills location. Some of them are extremely nice and helpful, while others are rude and inattentive. We were told all our furniture would be ready on X date when we initially bought all our furniture. On X date, we arrived bright and early with our rental truck and were told rudely by a female blonde sales associate that we would be texted when everything was ready and they that tons of stuff to do. Okay. When my husband and I went back to the store later in the evening to check on our furniture, we found out that everything was ready to go but we never got a text.
