We were referred to Owen of Wamboldt Heating and Air Conditioning and contacted him to set up a time to meet and discuss options for a new replacement hot water tank. He was very accommodating and met us the next day and from the day we met until the day he completed the job, he was always polite, professional and very personable. He is so knowledgeable in his work and gave us recommendations and options based on what we required. He answered all of our questions and provided us with some quotes that evening. He did an excellent job with the removal of the tank and installation of the new one. He even took the time to leave the old tank in our garage so that it was easily accessible for the pickup. He left the work area clean and the tank working perfectly. He followed-up with us to ensure everything was to our liking and that the water was heated up nicely. He also took the time to explain the warranty and let us know that he’s always available if we need anything at all. Owen really cares about his work and takes pride in what he does and above all he cares that his customers are happy with the work and services he provides. We are so happy to be able to write a review that other potential customers can see because we are so impressed by his honesty, reliability and the quality of the work and service he provides. He is a super nice person and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire him and we have already recommended him to family and friends. Capital Garage Door provided us with great service when they came to repair a broken spring on our garage door. I called them on a friday evening and they came at 8am the next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided quality work. Also was reasonably priced. Very happy with the service they provided.
