In early June our AC failed AtlasCare's annual inspection. We met shortly thereafter with Sales Rep. Margaret K. (Oakville Office). From the outset, in discussing a suitable AC replacement and upgrade of our aging furnace, Margaret was the consummate professional. She was at all time courteous, well-prepared and informative and responded quickly by e-mail or phone to questions we had. She thoroughly reviewed equipment options suitable to our home's size, and in short order prepared a detailed proposal of the replacement cost, (including available company discounts and rebates). Once we agreed to the proposal, she scheduled an installation date suitable to our vacation dates. On July 18 (Heat Wave!) the installation team arrived, and Ms. K. attended personally during the day to check on their progress. Following installation, a wiring oversight shut down the whole system within the first hour...we contacted Ms. K. well past regular office hours, and she immediately contacted AtlasCare's troubleshooter, who arrived the same evening within two hours of her call, to correct the problem.
In summary, she is an asset to AtlasCare both on a professional and personal level. It is a compliment to the company that it strives hard to have such people on its team. We have been clients of AtlasCare for some years and given our positive experience dealing with Ms. K., we will gladly continue our association with this highly reputable Canadian company.
