I used You Move me for my recent move on June 7, 2019 and there were a couple of items broken in the move. One was a desk leg, which has been fixed, but the other was a marble cabinet top. When they came to fix the desk leg, they took the measurement for the top and a picture. That was June 21st, I have not heard a word from either the repair company or You Move Me with regards to when this will be fixed. I have sent several email and tried to call 2 or 3 times and it goes to voice mail and the mail box is full. I am very disappointed in the service as prior to the damaged items the service was excellent. I would like my cabinet top fix asap.

I would like to thank Pete and his whole team for providing great service on my recent new purchase of a condo that required the whole thing to be painted. When I first contacted Peter he was able to pull up my listing and was able to tell me right from the start what he would need to do. When I had asked about removing shelving, he was happy to help me out. I also had a very short time line as I received the condo on the Monday and was moving in on the Friday and wanted everything completed before then. Again he was able to complete the task as requested and at a reasonable price. Thank you Peter for providing great customer service.
