My garage door opener stopped working late on a Saturday afternoon. I called Titan Garage Doors and they told me a technician could come by on Sunday morning. At 9 am on Sunday morning Eli called and said he would be there shortly. He arrived, assessed the problem, took the opener apart and showed me the worn out gear. He explained my options, answered all my questions and gave me an estimate of the cost. He did not have a replacement part with him but told me he would return in the evening if that was agreeable. In the pouring rain on Sunday night at 8 pm he came back, replaced the part, made a few adjustments, and fixed a squeal that I had mentioned was driving me nuts. The cost was exactly what he had quoted. Eli was knowledgeable, efficient, highly skilled, professional and friendly. I would recommend Eli and Titan Garage Doors to anyone with no hesitation. It doesn't get any better than that for excellent service.

It was time to freshen up the exterior of my house. I called Kerry late in the summer and although he was booked solid he managed to squeeze me in. Budget & Save are my go to painters. Kerry and his team do excellent work and the cost is fair and reasonable. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I used Budget & Save Painters before and loved their work. I had a smaller project this time for them, and contacted Kerry to come over and look at what I needed done. He had to juggle me in for an appointment as it is a busy time of the year for them. Kerry was very enthusiastic, provided great ideas, and was extremely attentive. He made sure I was happy with the ideas and plan before proceeding. Nothing was disrupted during the project and they made every effort to make sure my cats were safe and sound while I was in and out during the day time doing errands. My hot water tank was past its prime and needed replacing. I chose Cypress Plumbing after doing much research, calling many plumbing companies, and reading reviews on Homestars and other sites. Jeff explained my options and answered all my questions. He does excellent work, pays attention to detail, and left my basement cleaner than when he came. He charged exactly what he quoted. I feel very fortunate to have found a reliable and honest plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done.

Budget & Save Painters did some exterior painting on my home. The house looks great...a wonderful "update". The work was excellent and the price most reasonable. Budget & Save was happy to throw in some extras for no cost. Their generousity was most appreciated. Patty

I had four estimates done to replace a number of windows in my house and decided to go with West Coast Windows. Everyone I dealt with was great throughout the whole process (estimate, booking, installation, paying). A highly professional team. I love the windows and the cost was very reasonable. West Coast Windows manufactures an excellent product and their customer service is very good. My only suggestion for them would be to give a follow up call after the installation. My rating is actually 9.5 and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I puchased LeafGuard gutters in the spring. When the rains came in the fall, I noticed that the downspouts were extremely noisy. I called LeafGuard to voice my concerns. I had to make five calls before someone agreed to come and have a look. Sponge was placed in the debris boxes and two wedges were placed between the downspout and the house. This was done only on one side of the house. Unfortunately the noise continued. I again called to ask what other measures could be taken. I was treated in a condesending manner and it was clear they thought I was being unreasonable. After getting the run around, I was finally promised that someone would come out in the next week. No one came and no one called. This gutter system is outrageously over priced and poorly designed. The company does not stand by their product and is rude and disrespectful to their customers. Buyer beware.

I hired EA Roofing to fix my brand new, but faulty downspouts. Mark responded to my request quickly and within a day had met with me to discuss the problem and explain my options. Within two days the work was done (at a very reasonable price)...problem solved. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who is highly professional. Mark is a person of integrity. I would highly recommend EA Roofing.
