We recently had a major renovation completed by EA Renovations. We cant say enough good things. Their workmanship, attention to detail and communication were superb. We lived in the house while the work was completed and were grateful that they and their trades were able to keep the space relatively clean throughout. Every trade that they brought on site was 10/10 to the point that I am not even considering changing the code to my front door now that it is all done. Lastly the work was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Mark & Nino from EA Renovations!

Its really hard to find good contractors you can trust, but we found them with EA Renovations. Nino and Mark are fantastic to work with. They deliver what they promise, on time and on budget with a great team of tradespeople. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. It was truly a stress-free renovation and we are so pleased with the results!

It is my absolute pleasure to give EA Renovations a ten star rating! From our first meeting, I knew that Nino and Mark were the right people. What started off as a small renovation quickly grew into a full home renovation because I trusted their abilities.

A renovation can be a very stressful ordeal but these boys made it as smooth as possible. They were on site daily and consistently let me know what was happening. With a large renovation, there are a lot of moving parts and some times unexpected challenges arise; these two handled each situation with care and professionalism. In fact, no problem is one of Ninos favourite sayings.

Not only are these two talented but theyre also very likeable, a true pleasure to work with; more specifically, in addition to contractor, they also wear the hat of designer, counsellor and occasionally even comedian!

Finally, Im very particular about my home and had a very specific vision. EA surpassed my expectations. Their expertise and passion together with an eye for design made my vision a reality. And, the finished product stunning, thanks to EA!

What an awesome experience we had with EA Renovations. We had just bought a townhouse and were ready for our first major renovation project. Even though we knew what we wanted, we were anxious as we had never taken on a full house renovation before. We spoke to a few different companies but after our first conversation with Nino we were impressed with his level of professionalism and no bs straight answers.

After we did our due diligence and phoned a few of their references we did our walkthrough with Nino & Mark in which they listened to our project wishlist and explained their process in detail while answering all of our questions thoroughly. From that moment on we put our trust in EA and knew we were in great hands.

The entire EA team was so friendly and down to earth throughout the whole process. It was evident that they had our best interests in mind as clients. They remained conscious of our budget and timeline at every phase of our project. They were readily available to answer all inquiries and questions, no matter how big or small. Their level of communication was impeccable.

When unexpected issues arose, they were quick to offer multiple solutions with no pressure towards any. Each solution we chose was budget friendly and did not derail our project from the overall timeline of completion. At one point Mark and Nino saved us from a future of plumbing nightmares in which they could have just turned a blind eye to. But instead of just continuing on strictly with what we had initially asked for, they highlighted these issues to us and offered an extremely generous and viable solution. We couldn't have been more grateful as now we live in our dream home with complete peace of mind.

As picky design and style geeks, there were a few times when we worried that what we had envisioned would not come together exactly the way we wanted. Boy were we wrong! Not only did it turn out the way we wanted but with the Nino's suggestions along the way, our place turned out even better! We truly enjoyed bouncing ideas back and forth with Nino and seeing them come to life. We sit in awe of our beautiful home everyday as EA ticked off every item on our wishlist and than some.

Nino promised us in the beginning that they would have our place done and move in ready before Christmas & they delivered. Being able to spend Christmas in our new home was a blessing for our growing family.

Even after our project was finished, their follow up and genuine care was outstanding. We know that if we have any other questions or issues they are only a call away.

Some years ago I had these guys come and renovate our 80's style home to bring it up to date. They were honest and very reasonably priced. Needless to say they did an amazing job! Recently our kitchen sink dropped (Not installed by them) I reached out to them looking for information on who to call to have this fixed and it was a weekend so I was desperate, Mark came by assessed the situation, secured the sink and replaced the faucet. I could not be more grateful for the service on short notice. I will always go with EA Renovations for any and every future renovation!

Earlier in 2021, we engaged EA Renovations Inc. to complete the construction of our unfinished basement into a new Legal Suite to comply with City of Maple Ridge Building Bylaws.
Bids submitted by 3 Contractors were within 1% and we awarded the work to EA Renovations and delighted we did so.
All work was completed to the highest standards and passed inspections by City Inspectors. We did add some extras and the additional costs were fair and legitimate.
The work was completed on time and we are delighted with the finished project.
We have no hesitation in recommending EA Renovations for your home renovation project.

From start to finish the EA Renovations crew were decent, honest people and a pleasure to work with. We didn't hire a designer so they worked with us to draft up the renovation plans and offered great advice and creative solutions as we uncovered the horrors of an original 1940s cottage during the demo. Our scope necessarily changed and they were transparent and open about additional costs and schedule implications. Although we added a bunch of additional work Keith (project manager) and Mark (owner) did their very best to get us back in just 3 weeks after our original schedule. In the end, we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship. If you want to work with pleasant, responsive people who do great work, don't look any further than EA Renovations!

From day 1, I knew I was in good hands as Nino and Mark were very knowledgeable and provided great suggestions for my suite renovation. They both always made themselves available to answer questions and visited my home frequently to check on the work of their sub-trades (all of which did excellent work). These guys have an amazing eye for the little details and not will cut corners on quality.

Their top guy, Keith was always a pleasure to have around the house. He was clean, respectful, and very patient with all my questions and concerns. His work is also impeccable, truly what you expect from a professional tradesman. He would always clean up and tidy up the work area before finishing up for the day. I really appreciated that from a home owner’s point of view.

One thing that I learned from doing home renovations is that it can be quite stressful and you really need to have full confidence and trust in your general contractor. Anytime you are cutting up walls, you will never know what may happen. When there were little unexpected issues, I never worried because Nino assured me it would be taken care of and he was true to his word.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Nino and Mark and I have no doubt that I will be using them again in the future. I know I made the right choice in EA and can’t wait to show off what they have done for me to my family and friends.

Thank-you Mark and Nino for your guidance throughout the renovation process. We are very happy with how everything turned out and relieved that our bathrooms are no longer stuck in the 1980's. They are now both beautifully updated as well as our master closet. We are looking forward to enjoying them in the years ahead!

Keith from EA Construction showed up when he said he would when we asked for a quote, he stuck to the quote, arrived on time and on the date he said was to begin work, followed up with the sub contractors to ensure they completed the job, responded to all of ur inquiries in a very timely fashion, did a great job on the deck and all during a time of difficulty with the whole Covid Pandemic swirling around us. I would recommend EA construction any day!
