Having the right person/team to help with home and energy improvement projects is key. From the start with Tony who showed us hands-on exceptional products along with manufacturer details, to sending change order details. To the calls with Nick booking the install dates and explaining processes-rebates-invoices or going through what furniture or wall items we should move prior to project installation. Then at the final project stage with Nick's amazing expertise and attention to detail along with his great installation team, they would engage us at each project install. The team ensured we were happy with each item of the project, used drop cloths everywhere and did cleanup of every worked area. Then Cassi sent us right after the completed installation, a customer care package containing warranties, invoice, receipt, and care & maintenance information for the products installed. We were very pleased with the overall experience and professionalism with The Carpentry Group. We needed an expert contractor with building and carpentry expertise in December so we hired Adam and his team to renovate our basement following a leak. We needed walls fully framed, insulated, vapor barrier and drywall. Adam explained the process and what was needed, along with why to comply with building codes and best practices. He provided us with a quote, and he was open/honest when discussing availability/timelines. The quality of the work was above and beyond our expectations, and Adam would call us down to show us the work/stages he had completed for us to see, it was all completed within the timelines. The whole process start to finish was a breath of fresh air. We would and plan to hire Adam for more work this year.

(Work Order 9409143714) Warranty service on our GE front loading dryer that is 9 months old. Great service and response, on time, called-texted to confirm appointment and a 30 minute reminder technician on the way. The workmanship was great! They showed up on time and were very efficient. They took the time to explain things and ask us about where some of the shed options ie. shelf and advised the best place to put them. Were nice and tidied up after, including folding the boxes up. We couldn't be happier!
