My whole basement (rec room, laundry room, bathroom) needed an update. I was connected to Gus and couldn't be any happier with him, his team, and their work. This operation is 100% professional in every way, from great communication to quality of the workmanship. They are currently working on a couple of outside projects for me (back yard and replacing front porch) and I will only be using them for future projects. I can't recommend highly enough!

Tomer and his crew demolished an old back porch and replaced it with a larger, beautifully designed and built new one, plus a complementary back yard fence. Tomer is an experienced professional. He takes time to listen to what you want, explains the process, and checks in during the construction, follows up immediately on any questions, and signs off on the project only when you are happy with the final product. His crew is hardworking, friendly, respectful, and also happy to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend Living Construction and already have the next project scheduled (the front porch)!

I highly recommend Arkadi and Best Appliance Repairs. He is very professional, called as promised 30 minutes prior to arrival, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. My dishwasher is fairly old, by today's quality standards anyways, so when it stopped cleaning dishes, I was not sure whether I was looking at a repair or replacement situation. Turns out it was a fairly simple repair, saving me hundreds for the purchase of a new dishwasher. Thanks, Arkadi!

The people we bought our house from renovated the basement such that the stairwell is too narrow to accommodate the smallest of appliances. After our washing machine stopped working, the only way to remove the old machine and bring in the new machine was to remove the stairwell wall. John was referred to us, so after meeting him and being given a quote we were more than happy with, we didn't even bother seeking out estimates from other companies. We can't rave enough about John's work. We decided to go away the weekend the work was being done. When we returned, it was like John had never even been there, other than the fact that the old washer was gone, and the new washer was installed and ready to use! The new wall looks fabulous and John even managed to match the paint so that you would never even know the basement walls were not all painted at the same time.
