The people we bought our house from renovated the basement such that the stairwell is too narrow to accommodate the smallest of appliances. After our washing machine stopped working, the only way to remove the old machine and bring in the new machine was to remove the stairwell wall. John was referred to us, so after meeting him and being given a quote we were more than happy with, we didn't even bother seeking out estimates from other companies. We can't rave enough about John's work. We decided to go away the weekend the work was being done. When we returned, it was like John had never even been there, other than the fact that the old washer was gone, and the new washer was installed and ready to use! The new wall looks fabulous and John even managed to match the paint so that you would never even know the basement walls were not all painted at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any painting job or other project he is capable of doing. Thanks, John!
