I've been going to the Tim Hortons next door for about 3 yrs and I always said that I would go to Universal when I needed hardwood. Last week, we went to Universal to pick out the color. Andrew was really helpful in deciding on the type of wood and color. He also gave me a few samples to take home, and didn't even call me to ask me when I was going to return them. I felt guilty b/c I think I kept them for about 3 wks. Anyways the hardwood we went with was fantastic and the price was great. Quality, value and great service. I would definately recommend the store to all my friends and family. Andrew was so nice, helpful, a very nice guy.

We needed to pick out tiles for our kitchen floor, bathroom floor and tub surround. Angelo was really great. He was so knowledgeable about the tiles and the suggestions he gave as to which tiles to pick and why were extremely helpful in making our decision. I have already recommended him to my parents and friends. The selection and price can't be beat.

Arnie was very knowledgeable and explained all the different styles of crown molding available. His team came and installed the crown molding in half a day and left the house spotless. They did an excellent job on the install and you can't even see the cuts they made in the corners. Excellent craftsmen! My neighbours love the crown molding and I've recommended them to several friends. Keep up the great work! I will definately use them again for my next project.

We had two roof exhaust vents to install for the stove and the bathroom fan. Danny responded to my email very promptly and gave me an estimate for the job which was very reasonable. Danny and Chuck were very accomodating and came over Sunday morning completing the job in less than an hour! Chuck even went into the attic to make sure that the vent placement was exact! That's what I call great service. They also recommended that I should repair my chimney, since it looked like it was in bad condition. Obviously I agreed to give them the job. These guys are very friendly, great at their job and I would definately recommend them to anyone that is looking for any roof repairs/roofing x-mas lights etc. Keep up the excellent work!
