purchased a very expensive, tall pre lit tree from them... they said they would do set up every year for a service fee . ( i cant do it alone and dont have someone to help me). after many calls and messages, a month before christmas they tell me they cant do it and give me me the names of other trades people to call.. every year family comes to my home for christmas and i am afraid that i will not be able to give my grandchildren a christmas tree. shame on you sheridan!

this company was referred to me by my plumbing company. when i called they came out the next day to quote on the job. although i thought it was expensive they did an excellent job. they were incredibly professional, neat, they started and finished the work on time and when the job was finally complete their was no evidence of any previous leak or in fact of any work done at all. they were very careful to remove the broadloom and took great pains to make sure the job was done properly. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them highly for their professionalism and attention to detail.

returned from holiday on a weekend to find water in our basement. called on monday and they were able to send someone that day to diagnose the problem. the technician offered two solutions one of which was very expensive . we decided to opt for less expensive route first and they were able to schedule the work for the following day. they also referred a reputable restoration company for the water damage to our basement carpet. the waterproof work was completed on time in a professional manner followed by the carpet cleaning and restoration work. Within 5 days our basement was back to normal with no evidence of any leak!

i contacted canada glass to replace a few broken window panes in my french doors. they were professional from appointment day to installation. The order was delivered on schedule, installation was complete on time and their price was more than fair. I will definitely call them again for any glass requirement that comes along.

I initally contacted them for a landscape lighting rewiring and repairs to our landscape lighting. He wrote out a list of things to be done with approximate cost and said he would be back the following week with parts, wiring and light bulbs. Afer several calls and messages at his office he finaly returned a month later with a revised price that mroe than double what he originally quoted. When i objected he said he had misquoted because he underestimated the cost of the parts and the cost of labour to change light bulbs. He does this everyday for a living so how I wondered how he could underestimate the cost of light bulbs and labour by so much?I felt obligated to give him the job because he had "ordered" the light bulbs and agreed to his price only because it was a long weekend and we had guests arrving. Although he did the job I would never recommend him to anyone. I think he took advantage.

Our entire front and back lawn was in terrible condition two years ago. Weeds and thatch everywhere, poor drainage, and uneven colour and just plain lackluster!. Last year, Paul presented a proposal to de-thatch, aereate, reset irrigation and control weeds with government approved organic pesticide. By the end of last summer our lawn looked better than ever! Green, healthy and virtually weedless!!! His diligence and concern are exemplary. He stopped by many times after each procedure "just to see how things looked" . His dedication to his clients is a standard that few companies could match. Finally we have a fabulous lawn!

Finer Edge has been our painter of choice for 10 years. When we moved last year they did an outstanding job of painting the entire house inside and out, much of it done afer we moved in. They worked hand in hand with our contractor and were always ready to "repair" another trade's knicks and dents along the way.. They are truly exceptional in everything from quote to completion of the job.

Forever Stone was referred to me and proved to be excellent- they repaired the patio steps and limestone entrance to our house which had cracked and aged-the repair is invisible!

We did a complicated 2 bedroom/bathroom renovation, creating a separate "his" walk-in closet with access to master bathroom from an adjacent small unused bedroom and then reducing the size of the original master walk in closet to create a "her" closet and enlarging a bedroom on the other side. The renovation was truly perfect in every way-including matching the new bathroom marble flooring in the new master threshold to existing marble and matching new hardwood flooring to existing hardwood flooring in the new larger bedroom!!!
