After getting a number of quotes to replace our windows - we had Dimitri from Galaxy Windows to give us a quote. We contracted them because of very competitive price, and past reviews. Just after a few days of signing the contract - their master installer Alex came in to take measurements. He was very thorough and extremely polite. Window installation process went smoothly as well. They had informed us well ahead of time what we needed to do and what was expected. On the day of installation - they came on time, covered the whole work area to minimize dust. I pointed out some minor issues which they rectified very quickly. Dimitri (our sales rep) - also came on the day of installation to check and asked if there is anything that he could do. I highly recommend Galaxy Windows and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We have a brand new furnace but due to a major renovation during the winter months - both ducts and furnace got badly clogged up. Booking was a breeze through their website, and shortly after I got a confirmation for my preferred date. They came on time, took great care, explained the whole process and spent as much as it was required to get the job done. I have cleaned ducts in the past using other companies but these guys were the best. They found out that my dryer vent had all the required duct pipes but did not have any exhaust out of our house. As a result - the whole vent was full of lint. They meticulously cleaned it all, checked outside in frigid cold temperate and suggested some alternatives. I personally would have loved to get some before and after pictures. Next time I call them - I will ask them beforehand to get the pictures
