Carlo called me right away and we set up a day and time for him to come out. He was right on time, very knowledgeable, and dealt with my raccoon concerns professionally. As it turns out, the issue wasn't as bad as I had thought, so he was able to keep the cost down to a minimum - just a thorough roof inspection. There was no attempt to up-sell me on anything. Honest and reliable - I recommend Cain with confidence.

I was with another alarm company for years, and it was time for a change due to high costs and some older equipment. From my first inquiry right up to the install, everything was excellent. The monthly cost is a fair amount, and there were no surprises. This was a system takeover, and the installer was extremely knowledgable. He also cleaned up his minimal mess, which is rare these days. I'm glad I made the switch to The Monitoring Center and I'm very happy to be paying less than half of what I was paying for the past several years.

My Polaris was getting stuck in the corners so I brought it in to have it checked. Talon looked at it for about 30 seconds and grabbed 3 new tires. He switched the tires, then opened it up and made a few quick adjustments explaining everything that he did. He also showed me a few handy tips of how to properly maintain the Polaris, the tail and the hose in order to save repairs in the future. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Most importantly, he fixed the problem and my Polaris worked like it's supposed to. I've been in the store a few times prior to this visit for water tests and the odd supplies. I will certainly be back more frequently and I recommend that you give Poolmaster a try.
