My son and I had to snow shoveling our buildings, because the Snow Busters keeps failing by not turning up at all. Last Friday they fail to do one of our property then today again the same issue. This isn't a joke when the property is quiet large. I had sent email and communicated with Kat, supposedly their office manager. But it's like a joke, promising us the tractor is coming when it never turn up. Look else where, I am posting this review is just to save any other innocent consumer to having to deal with this! It's a bust in operation.. no hope.. Next seeking legal actions.. It's said because we ask to speak to the owner and no one stand up to take responsibility or to correct the issue.. (they were ok in 2012 late but comes in, this year is just a total failure..

Absolutely the worst snow removal company. We have hired them for our rental properties (commercial service paid over $5,500 for it) Always very late and always give you the excuse that the machine broke down. Because the service is so late, we ended up doing lot of snow removal ourself. The snow removal job is never done properly, they'd do one or two line of plows with their truck and said they did it. We'll be suing this company when court opens. AVOID this company at all cost. Pictures of their half fast snow removal job is attached, as you can see in the last photo provided, my son and I plowing snow at 8:30pm today to clear the snow off our tenant's parking spot, because of A1's poor useless service.

Greg had install all 3 garage doors for my rental properties as well as the one in my own home. I would highly recommend his professional service to anyone. Garage door is all he does and he do them well. Thanks Greg.
