New Steel Roofers installed a steel roof in 2013. It was quite expensive but I was willing to pay more if I didn't have to replace the roof every 10-15 years. My issue is ice sliding off the roof and hitting my neighbours house and making loud crashing sounds when it hits the ground. The ice also damaged my neighbours downspout which we had to replace. Last year I called New Steel Roofers 5 times and I sent them an email explaining my problem. I wanted to know if they could install additional snow barriers to what we already have. Have not heard a word from them. They still have the same covid message on their answering system. I don't know what happened to them but I can see alot of people having trouble with them not responding. Looking back I am not sure I would go with a metal roof but I didn't have many options.

We hired Tim to rebuild a 2nd floor balcony and manage rebuilding the stone patio in our backyard. Tim seems to be a nice person but there were many things that went wrong. Basically, Tim did not manage his subcontractor which caused us to go way over budget. Also, the balcony has some issues that we have been trying to get a hold of Tim this year - 3 phone calls and 3 emails. There has been no response.

This is the second time I have used Mimmo and his team. The first time was two years ago to replace my sloping front porch and coping along the driveway. They did a great job. This time I wanted my guest bathroom and laundry room redone. Mike and Matt worked on the project. I was expecting when I called Mimmo for a quote we would be doing this project in the fall. But due to the weather we were able to fit it in just before I left for vacation. The project was finished at 5:20 pm and I left for the airport at 5:45pm! Due to the fact I had this time constraint we had a few challenges ( not enough tiles for the way we wanted them on the wall) with the project but Mike and Matt always came up with thoughtful solutions and made the bathroom and laundry room look fabulous! Great job Mike and Matt. I definitely will use them again.
