Exterior waterproofing and backflow valve.
The crew doing the waterproofing was polite, courteous and, as far as I could tell, thorough. Cleaned up the site nicely after they were done. I was impressed enough by their work I had them do the backflow valve also- which also was done nicely. Work was done Sept 2019 and as of Jan 2020, despite our torrential rains, basement still dry.
