Change old galvanized pipes in the basement to copper.
This building is very old, the pipes in the basement started to drip. They came and gave me a quote first. I agreed and they came back that same week to do the job. I highly recommend them. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. They keep me posted during the job.
What a nice person, very knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations for my filter. Explained what happened and cleaned up any mess. He also wore slippers over his shoes to protect my floors.

Christine Lin, Jan./14 My tenant phoned and said they had no heat, right away I thought of George who works for Spring Heating and Cooling. I remember using him on my house.two years ago and was impressed. He said they were very busy people phoning because of frozen pipes and no heat. He managed to squeeze me in the next day, phoned and explained the situation and what had to be done. Sent me a quote, I agreed and signed the consent. He ordered everything and started the day after when the boiler came in. Mean while he brought in portable heaters to prevent any more damage. He phoned and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Very helpful, very professional as usual. Thank you. I highly recommend them!

Workers were very polite, explained what everything was and how to use the new thermostate. They covered the floor with a dropcloth and cleaned up when they were finished. There was no garbage or mess for me to clean up. They even tested the furance, air conditioner, air cleaner, humidifier and hot water tank to make sure they were all working fine before they left. Very professional. will use them for my other properties. Thank you!

This company was always on time. They were neat. They cleaned up each day. They were very nice people. The fence looks great, and it has a nice style to it. The company helped me select the way the fench was to look. I would recommend this company.
