This is the second time I had the pleasure dealing with Louis. He helped me a few years ago with Racoons nesting underneath my backyards deck and this year he helped me with removing a red squirrel nesting in my attack. Louis is on time, polite and knowledgeable. He always investigates the situation before he provides a quote unlike some other companies that quote you over the phone. Besides the work that needs to be done to get rid of the animal, Louis presents options to improve your house in order to prevent future invasions. Overall I am very happy with this company and I would not hesitate to hire him again should the situation arise.

Great company and great people. I made a service request here on HomeStars and within couple of hours got a call from Warner roofing. Andrew showed up the next day and told me about his company and the products they carry. Later that day he emailed two quotes, one with the higher end 50 year shingles and one with lower end 30 years shingle. few other companies provided quotes some just verbally gave me a price some emailed a price. Only one other company provided a detailed and itemized quote like Andrew did. So I was narrowed down to two companies for me. I chose Warner roofing because of their great communication and their professional none aggressive sales approach. The team showed up on time finished with on time. They went above and beyond and did all that was promised. I am very happy with the result.

It was a pleasure to do business with Archie. He is a true professional that cares deeply about his work and is passionate about saving trees. We had a dead linden tree and a mulberry that we wanted to remove and a cherry tree that neede pruning. When he showed up to provide the initial quote, I could tell he wasn't too keen on removing the mulberry entirely even though tree removal made him more money. Instead he suggested to do a crown reduction and give the tree another chance. we ultimately took his advice and did the job the way he suggested. His quote was significantly lower than the others. He showed up on time. He was respectful and left the job site clean. I definitely use his services again if I need to and will recommend him to anyone that needs a Tree Doctor.

For few day we kept hearing some animal noise in our kitchen's exhuast vent. Noises were only heard in the morning for few days. Over the weekend called another company to come a take a look. They only had time available mid week. I was ok with the mid week appointment but on Monday the noises were intolerable and they continued till the late afternoon. Early afternoon I called the other company to ask if they can somehow help me out but the person on the phone siad he is on another job and he will call me back as soon as he is free. I waited till 6:30 and he never called back. I google searched 360wikdlife and luckily Ray answered and said he will come out right away. Ray and his technician showed up promptly within half an hour and quickly inspected the site. He pointed out some weak point around other vents of my house and said he can secure all of the right a way. He then proceeded and dismantled the kitchen hood and made sure there was no animal or nest is in there. He took care of my property and cleaned up all the mess after himself. He and his technician made 4 metal cages and placed them around the vents so in future no animals can help themselves in. Thank you very much Ray for prompt and quick service.
