Tree King was one of the best quotes (out of 4) that I received to have a dead oak tree removed and my 5 locust trees trimmed. Great staff and excellent workers even in the hot humid weather! But it was the customer service that did it for me...a reply to my message that I would let them know was "please contact us before you decide, we would like to ensure we are competitive and earn your business". Keep that up Tom!

I see a few roofing reviews...mine is about eavestroughing. After losing a large piece gutter off the front of our house, we decided maybe it was time to replace all of it. I've used HomeStars in the past with good results, so asked three companies to give me quotes. One didn't respond. Chris came and spoke with us about options, different material and styles, and gave us a quote. It was a little higher than the second company that came, but it was Chris that sold us on RMR. His knowledge and patience with questions was outstanding. It did take a few weeks longer for the work to start, but Chris apologized for the extra time and that his "guestimate" of timing was a little off. The installer came and did a walk around prior to starting the work just to be sure he had everything correct. The work was completed in less than a day and there was no evidence of them having been there except the new eavestrough. We had a problem with one of the downspouts and they quickly returned to fix it. Even the office staff were quick to reply to messages and very helpful. Great that they take e-transfer for payment! I would recommend RMR to anyone looking for roof work.

I hired TAG to re-do the deck and railing on the roof of the back addition of my house. They were professional and polite during there time on my property and treated my house and yard with care. The days they were working were very hot and humid. I gave them access to my kitchen sink for water just inside the back door. There were never footprints in my kitchen or a mess on the counter. My deck looks wonderful. As the work was being done there were a few "hiccups" that the site supervisor and I discussed and worked out quickly and efficiently. They were even able to do a few extra cosmetic type finishes and still stayed on budget.

I had my back yard leveled, top soiled and seeded. A large part of the work was completed in less than one day with a "bobcat". The driver was courteous, respectful of the rest of my yard and very efficient. The next morning employees came and did the raking and seeding. The truck loads of dirt that were piled in front of my house on the driveway and road were well cleaned up. And the "bobcat" tracks left on my front lawn were raked and seeded, even though that was not part of the contract. Very professional and thorough job.

I was impressed that despite the cold the installers came in early December to put the new metal roof on our house. I received a phone call that morning to say that the installers would be there, I would have liked some type of notice, but understand that there could have been a cancellation and hence I was quickly slotted in. The installers were professional and when I arrived home that evening I spoke to one of them to ask if they would be finishing or coming back the next day and if they had any problems/issues. He said no problems and that they would be finished that evening. They did appreciate the back house lights being turned on so they could see just a little better. The next morning, I noticed that the materials that were left over and the bags of garbage were neatly piled at the side of my driveway, with no garbage around. By the time I returned home that evening everything was gone. I appreciated it not being there for days and that they took their own garbage. When I finally managed to do a walk around my house, looking at the roof and the ground around it, I only found a couple of small bits of metal on the lawn. Small enough (and green) that they were just likely missed in the dark by the installers. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with as a sales representative. He answered all our questions, gave a great understandable presentation and was quick with our financing arrangements. And we couldn't have asked for a better deal. We like that the product is manufactured, maintained, sold and carries a warranty in Canada. We are pleased with our new roof and will recommend London EcoMetal to anyone.
