Our pool builder strongly recommended Torontario since they are widely recognized as the best in the business. With a project of this size and being my first pool I was a bit nervous but everything came together perfectly. Leading up to the install Vanessa was very accommodating with design tweaks. It was also comforting to know that everyone involved from town permit staff to gas/electrical/builders etc have all known Torontario for decades and have nothing but great things to say about them. In the end the project turned out phenomenal with no hiccups or surprises (and all this done in 4 days). Great work would highly recommend!

Abraham was very kind and professional. We were 100% satisfied start to finish. It was also nice how he was so accommodating after we changed our minds on colour after the initial quote. If you need a new carpet Abraham is your guy!

We ordered a front door and 2 windows from Nordik. The windows were perfect but the front door was not what we agreed on in the contract (issues with the grill and trim). Nordik agreed with us and was very accommodating. They took the door back and were working with us to find a replacement solution. They were very good sending sample ideas to look at etc. Then, the person we were dealing with went on leave, and all of a sudden the new person told us we had to take the door as is and with zero flexibility. After some back and forth they ended up sending the bill to a collection agent (who gave us 10 days to pay) and at this point we had no choice but to pay almost $3000 (including instillation/deposit) for a door that we never received. Very unfortunate outcome.

John and the team did a good job installing my irrigation system. He specifically asked me to write a review on Homestars, which I happily did. However, the post-service is where things went downhill. Understandably there are going to be issues (adjustments needed, no pressure etc) which I would happily pay for, but every time I reached out to John for a service call he did not return the calls/texts until usually the 3rd or 4th time I reached out. Eventually he just stopped responding all together. I realize they are busy but the customer service was just not there. I also feel that's it's offside to only care about the initial review before moving on. Next time I will definitely go with another company and I would suggest the same to others. I've actually never written a bad review about anything before but in this case I felt it was warranted.
