Marvin from cleaned the (18) exterior windows of our semi-detached house in High Park North. He did a fantastic job, and the windows (which were extremely dirty) look wonderful now. He was polite, quick, efficient, on time, and overall a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! More recently, Alex, Marv, and Seb sanded and painted our front porch and sanded and stained the deck in our backyard. They were efficient, conscientious, and professional. The end result looks great. Would definitely hire again.

The plastic hose connected to the handheld spray in our kitchen sink suddenly burst, so we couldn't use our kitchen faucet at all. As always, John was extremely responsive, should up as soon as he could, and installed a new faucet quickly and efficiently. Very professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

We called Hi-Lite Electric to fix a circuit that wasn't working in our kitchen (I had three plugs on one wall that haven't been working ever since we'd moved here). We also had them replace a bunch of dimmers (and a couple of old light fixtures) because our old dimmers didn't work with LED bulbs. They did a great job: they are punctual, courteous, and very professional. Very clear about pricing upfront, and they delivered on everything they promised. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a house in the High Park North area and wanted to add a sump pump. We already had a sump pump pit (with water in it) but no pump installed and no proper discharge line. Master Drain & Water Works did a great job. They were meticulous, transparent, and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with the service and our interactions with this company. Highly recommended.
