At first, I would like thank your guys, Alan, Brendan and Slater. They did a good job. They were clean, thorough and friendly. But the very important point makes me feel disappointed is the windows. We just had the windows in our old house replaced, totally 5 pieces, 2 huge ones, 3 small ones,on June 7, 2016. The quality of the windows are good. But the big problem is outside of the windows. There is a big gap outside between the new windows and our old frame. Not only looks so bad, but also it means the isolation is in worse condition. Your sale man also has been here that day and said he will talk to the manager to fix this problem soon. The working guys also report this question by phone when they are done. One week later, I call your sale man, I am told the manager is out of town and still need to wait in next 2 or 3 weeks. I have to wait , no the other choice. But actually, you have already charged our balance of bill. Even though, I signed the paper because your guys did the good job here and your working guys and sale man all know this problem. I trust your company and I believe you will fix it soon. But now I am still on my waiting way. I spent about $5000 for replacing the old windows, just want to make our windows look good and save energy. But what we got is totally different. Anyway, I still trust your company and let us see what will happen next.
