We recently used Fortress when we needed to replace 5 windows on our main floor. The issue for us was that they had to be retrofitted due to the fact that we had custom moldings around our windows and we did not want them replaced or damaged. Steve McCue was our point of contact, he ensured us that the windows would be great quality and that the work would be done professionally and for us not to worry. Not only did Steve give us a great deal but he was bang on about the work. We could not be happier with our installer Dave from the Soo. The windows are great but the workmanship was even better. There is no way you can tell that they are retrofits. Thank you Steve, Dave and Fortress Windows for a great experience. We could not be happier.

If you are looking for professional people who will give you what you need for a great price then Convertible heating & air is the way to go. They don't waste time trying to sell you what you don't need, they show up on time for their appointments and the installers Adam & Adam were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and left no mess behind. I have no complaints about this company and wait to see that the product they installed which has a 10 years parts and 5 years labour is just as good as they were.
