I purchased a Dishwasher and Freezer from Ben's Appliance and was very satisfied with all aspects of this transaction. The price I was offered was excellent. The deliveries were made separately and both times they came within the 2 hour range that had been prearranged. The delivery persons were polite and pleasant and the installation of the dishwasher was first class. This is the first time I have purchased appliances from Ben's but I have had them in to service appliances and have been extremely happy with their service man. Daphne

If every contractor was like Arbutus Sundecks to deal with, it would be a pleasure to do business with them, especially the principles Mark and Magnus. From our first call, all phone calls and emails were responded to promptly. At the first meeting Mark displayed a level of professionalism rarely seen in contractors. In addition to all the worthwhile suggestions there was never any pressure placed upon us, notwithstanding the numerous meetings that took place at which we were offered many alternatives to consider. Once the decision was made to hire Arbutus, the timelines were set and the work was completed within a reasonable time and on budget. Dean, the trades person that Arbutus assigned to do our deck, was extremely hardworking and very pleasant to have around. If we had any queries, he would take the time to explain. Mark and Magnus made several on site visits while the work was being done and numerous suggestions were made by Mark to enhance our experience with our new Trex Deck such as the addition of a rain barrel to catch water emanating from a newly installed permanent acrylic cover and the application of LED lighting in traffic areas of the deck. These suggestions were implemented and we are more than pleased with the results. We have already recommended Arbutus to our friends and neighbours, and I am confident that if Arbutus is chosen they will do an excellent job.
