I want to comment on the great job that ServPro did on my berber carpets. Even got out large stains which were on beige flooring. The area looks new again.

Repair the broken lock on my file cabinet
I had the lock repaired on my broken CONFIDENTIAL file cabinet. A service rep (DAVID RITZAND) was quick to respond to the call, assess the work and have a new lock delivered and installed for me within 4 days. Great Customer service

I moved into a new office and was delighted with all the windows. Sadly, one of the mini blinds was in need of repair as I could not raise or lower it. A service repair man from RGO was called in to repair or replace it. Within 10 minutes he had it all figured out and repaired. Great service.
We had our screen door replaced with a new Phantom screen last year and the service was excellent. From the appointment booking to the service (in and out in 30 minutes), everything was very efficient. The service representative was very friendly; no mess left. Thanks
My garage door opener wasn`t working. THey came and explained what was wrong and what they had to do to fix it and did the job fast and efficiently and the door is working fine now. I`m a satisfied customer.
