Called Kovar as we had some roof damage from the wind storm a week ago. Jason, who answered the phone, explained that he could send someone out within the next few days. Surprised, the roofer (Jamie) showed up today - same day! Jamie was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He quickly fixed our area of missing shingles and checked others in the area just to make sure others were not loose. He cleaned up his debris and gave me a full report on what he did and the overall shape of our roof. These 2 guys were above and beyond my expectations, and when it comes time to replace our roof, I have no doubt I will return to them to complete the job

Contacted company due to great reviews on Homestars and their service was outstanding! Received an answer to my quote query next day, and Caroline was always quick to reply to the questions I had. The 2 guys came to do the vent cleaning today and they were very professional, personable and fast! They also cleaned up all the dryer "lint" that rained down on my front porch area (my dryer and vent are on the upper floor). They even showed me a before and after picture of my vent. I was completely satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs ducts or vents cleaned. Will be returning when my ducts need cleaning.

I contacted GoPro after noticing a small water stain on the ceiling in the guest bedroom. As we don't use this bedroom often I was unsure if it was old or new. They contacted me back within 5 minutes of sending the e-mail through their website. Christian was very nice and professional, asking questions so he could understand the situation better. We arranged for him to come out, and again, I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and service while he inspected the stain. He explained what he was doing (infrared camera, moisture reader, etc.) and then also inspected the attic even though all readings/images pointed to the stain being very old. He gave a complete inspection of the attic and again explained everything he was doing. We ended up being fortunate that the stain was old, and no leak was present, however I have no doubt that we would have went with this company if something had been found and work was required. I recommend them to anyone looking at restoration work.

I received a response from my "request a quote" super fast. The administration that emailed me was friendly and very helpful. Fabien came out to give me a quote and explained all my options and took the time to explain everything. His quote was very affordable and I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the product. Today was our installation day, and Fabien and Alain (?) arrived when stated and worked straight for a couple of hours. They definitely take pride in their work and ensuring everything looks professional. They explained everything they completed after they were done, and we're very friendly and wished me a good day. I researched my options for eaves trough work on Home Stars and contacted Bronson Johnson due to their high score and positive reviews. I can ensure everyone that these guys are awesome and would definitely recommend them to anyone that requires any eaves troughs work. They are tops in quality, service and affordability.
