We are so happy we hired Fardin. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very honest and hard-working. He and his crew showed up exactly on time and worked tirelessly to move our entire house of stuff 2.5 hours away. They wrapped our furniture in blankets and plastic wrap for protection. They disassembled 5 beds for the move, and put them back together at our new house upon our request, even though it meant a very long day for them. Every screw was accounted for. They delivered all boxes to appropriate rooms, and didn't leave until we were a 100% satisfied that everything was just how we wanted it. We had a bunch of fragile items - electronics, pictures, etc, and nothing was damaged. Not a single scratch on the floors either. At the end, they even had energy to give us warm smiles and good wishes at our new house! Guys, thank you so much once again, and all the best!

Oh my goodness, these guys are amazing! I called Matt on Friday with a crisis because our previous mover stood us up. Matt really did his best to accommodate us as fast as possible. He even made some calls to see if he could come down the same day! Thankfully we had flexibility with time, so given some bad weather on the weekend, we settled on Monday. Monday morning he texted us and 10-20 minutes later they were here. Happy, energetic, polite, they moved like lightning. They expertly packed the storage bin, taking care to wrap and protect our furniture. They knew when to go fast and when to go slow and easy, so as not to damage anything. Very hard working, very smart in how they used the space, so careful - I just can't say enough of good things! They were done in less time than estimated, and they even packed some extras that I wasn't planning to do yet. And so cheerful! We were laughing and joking the whole time. Thank you guys so much! We are definitely calling you in a couple of months to un-pack. :-)

We hired Gitano Roofing to replace our roof about a year and a half ago. We interviewed several roofing companies, and felt comfortable with Gitano's product, pricing, and warranty. I am happy to say that they did not disappoint! They stripped the old shingles down, fixed several holes in the roof, installed a membrane and new shingles on top. The project took 1 day. They protected our property with tarps and cleaned up spotlessly after. We have small kids and we did not find anything dangerous on the ground after Gitano were done. They also took close-up pictures of their work and showed us the before and after. I am writing now, after some time has passed, to thank you guys for your work, and to let you know that our roof stood up to the recent wind storm.

We are planning a full main floor renovation which includes removal of several walls, installing a structural beam, re-working the kitchen, and other odds and ends. We hired Jay to help us get our project off the ground. We had never done any major renos before, so short of having a so-so proposed layout (done by someone else) we didn't have a clue of how to get going. Jay immediately took our project as though it was his own house. At our first meeting he really took the time to get to know us and our needs, he reviewed the design that we had come up with and helped us identify the problems with it. He then helped us come up with an awesome layout that we feel is really going to work well for our family. Once we were happy with the layout, he helped us put together a scope of work. He brought in a structural engineer (Amir) who drafted all the blueprints and got a permit for us. We are now in the process of interviewing potential contractors, and Jay's feedback and support have been invaluable. Thanks Jay, we are looking forward to our continued working relationship. UPDATE: Our renovation is complete, and it is stunning! The new layout is perfect. On Jay's recommendation we added 5 (!) sun tubes and now have a tun of much needed natural light throughout the house. Jay helped us find the perfect contractor - Hossein from Ideal Dream Homes - and we couldn't be happier with his workmanship and work ethics. We also asked Jay to do regular house visits while we were away. He came regularly to check on the progress and sent us detailed reports. The contractor was amazing, and Jay's presence gave us additional security that everything was going well. All in all, we have been extremely happy with every stage of this project, and we wouldn't have done it any other way.

We came across Servisol a few years ago when caulking would not adhere or dry properly around our bathtub, and some of the tiles were starting to get loose. We interviewed a few companies, all of which told us that we needed to re-tile. Servisol's quote was by far the best, and they had good reviews on HomeStars, so we decided to give them a try. When they took down the tiles they discovered that the wood behind was rotting. They stripped down the wall, replaced all wood, and installed insulation (which we didn't have before) - all at no additional charge. They did a great job on the tiling. Bruce came over on our request after the job had been completed to make sure that everything was finished off properly. Since then we did a few more projects with Servisol, and asked for a number of quotes. Their work has always been excellent, they are polite and friendly with our kids, and they always clean up after themselves. Bruce is very knowledgeable and approachable. He really takes his time to answer all our questions. We appreciate their honesty (e.g. we asked if they would replace our fence, and both Bruce and George suggested that a fencing company would cost less - and gave us a bunch of referrals). We trust their work. They are very reasonably priced for the service they provide - well worth the price.
