Work was done well but a pole was cut incorrectly and I needed to book another appointment to get it installed which was going to take over a week. I had difficulties getting a call back from anyone to rectify the problem. The sales lady who was very accommodating and professional didn’t call me back after a few calls. Eventually I spoke with the service manager who assured me the install would be on a particular date a week later. No one came. He was very humble and apologetic but didn’t have another appointment for over a week again. I asked the bar be dropped off and I installed it myself. Over all not great a great experience and as such I’d hesitate to call again. Te multitude of requests for feedback does show a genuine concern.
