Super responsive turnaround from the Watermark team for a broken shower knob that wouldn't turn off! We weren't a previous customer, but I follow the weekly informative posts of Watermark's Geoff Burke in my neighbourhood Facebook group, where he provides insightful knowledge and advice on managing your home's plumbing system. As soon as we were aware we had a problem, I knew I had to call Watermark to assist. They responded to my message within a couple of hours and scheduled a same day visit. The team was able to fix the problem in short order, and spent the remaining time with us reviewing some other plumbing concerns. The guys were incredibly thorough and helpful on all fronts, providing clear explanations where needed. Sarah, who fielded my call at the office, was so friendly and efficient with the inquiry and booking process. She also requested pictures of the broken components to help determine what parts might be needed, so that these could be procured up front when the team came to our house, rather than them having to leave to buy them and come back a second time. This shows me that they really know what they're doing to maximize efficiencies of service, and really care about providing a great experience for their customers. Thanks to the Watermark team my family can shower again! We'll definitely be following up with them for additional work.

As a relatively new homeowner, to whom plumbing has always seemed somewhat mysterious, it was a fantastic experience to have such professional (and friendly!) people come to help us with our drain problem. The dispatcher at the office was incredibly helpful, providing me with accurate estimates and follow up calls related to arrival times. The technician, Mike, was just as personable, and provided me with an easy-to-follow Plumbing 101 explanation of how my drains function. After clearing the offending blockage, a camera inspection uncovered another problem with tree roots in our main line, and Mike was able to assist us with details on the city's drain grant program, and how that process works. He returned within a couple of days to excavate and replace the root-entrenched pipe. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently, with an absolute eye to excellent customer service. I was also very impressed with the measures taken to keep my house/floors clean, as well as the consideration given to my front yard and landscaping.
