We have just had our basement done by finishedbasement.ca and my family and I are delighted with the finished product. We opted for the three week job so as to spread the jobs across time as our basement is only 800 square feet and save some money - and they finished on time and on budget! Our new open concept basement also includes a 3 piece washroom, a laundry room and a pantry thanks to Igor who helped us envision our space. It was a pleasure working with Igor, Kyle, Nick and his team of experienced workers. I have never seen such a hardworking team. On some days they began at 7:00 am and did not finish until 7:00 pm. The electrical, plumbing, structural and painting teams were courteous, tidy and professional. With respect to price, there were no surprises. As others have stated on Homestars, they are not the cheapest but the quality of their work is second to none. I wanted an organization that specialized in basements and had a devoted team to do the work. I am happy to say that I found such a team and would readily recommend finshedbasement.ca to family and friends.

Our hot water pressure throughout the house was down to a trickle. Called Waterworks and Larry arrived the next day. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. The pipes into and out of the tank were clogged. He did not try to sell us a new water tank (which was not the problem) which we appreciated. The hot water is running well again. Thank you Larry!
