Kyle’s first visit for regular maintenance was pleasant and smooth — and provided much-needed information for me, who knew nothing about HVAC systems. Moreover, the interaction I had with Dean T, who helped us make sure we had the right equipment for our needs, was not just pleasant and informative, but honest and authentic as well. I rarely experience such kind, compassionate, and heartfelt care from most customer service interactions—all the interactions I have had with Reliance have left me happy, informed, and assuaged. We have moved several times over the past few years, and as such, we have used many home service providers to help with moving, assembly, and general house work services. Of all of these Brawny Movers stands out because of their customer service, their timeliness, and their general wonderful demeanour. From the first interaction to the completion of the service, the staff were courteous, professional, kind, and helpful. They took good care of the house (laying down mats and other such precautions) and left the house (taking away all the boxes and other such debris) cleaner than it was when they arrived. Most of all, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met, and over-delivered on what they committed. I will be calling them again and again, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Nick, Gerry, and Mark were consummate professionals. They did all the packing efficiently and effectively, taking immense care for all our belongings and making sure we felt comfortable and cared for through the whole process. The move itself was prompt and thorough. Everything was done to our specifications, with tons of care given to our belongings, our new house, and us. They were friendly, approachable, and listened to our needs and expectations. We recommend them wholeheartedly and unconditionally.
