We would definitely recommend Hatten Masonry, Dan came when he said he would to give us a quote and when he repaired our chimney. We have experienced a lot of no shows for work on our property. Full replacement of eves and fascia.
We found Bryan on Homestars and are very happy we did. Bryan and his brother replaced all of our eves and fascia, they did an excellent job. Our roof needs replacing and when the contractor saw our new eves he said what a good job Bryan had done. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Weber Siding.

They worked a long day in very humid conditions. Everything was finished in a day and a half, when other companies would have taken a lot longer. We’ve already had people saying how good it looks, and we agree.

Pressure tank installation and removing regency gas stove
We would definitely recommend Doyle plumbing, they come when they say they will and do excellent work. Their prices were way better than other quotes we got and to remove the gas stove the gas pipe was in a crawl space so not easy to get to. They will always be our first choice when we need to call a plumbing company.

Eric came to give us a quote when he said he was and was very knowledgable about all of our trees. A day was arranged for two large trees to be removed and they came when they said they would. They also removed a small tree at no charge. We were very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend Brooklin Tree Care.

We would never recommend or buy a Tribute home after our experience with our 9 year old house. Our patio doors in our walkout basement recently had to be replaced because there was condensation in between the panes of glass, we paid extra originally for e argon, how there could still be any in them when there was obviously a gap between the panes. The patio door in the main floor kitchen now also has the same problem. The worst part about the house is that we started having problems with our roof when it was only five years old, we were told "the installation of the shingles isn't guaranteed" Last year our insurance company changed and they wanted to do an evaluation of our property. In the report they said we had to have our roof inspected and either repaired or replaced. We have just had an independent roof inspection and they said we need a new roof. A just less than 9 year old roof needs replacing! Obviously the roof was defective from the beginning. We lived in our previous house for 24 years (not a Tribute home) and replaced the roof when it was 20 years old. We have been looking at other houses in our subdivision and the majority of the roofs have the same problem we have. It's unbelievable that a builder who is supposed to be reputable obviously used inferior quality shingles on our roof.
