Update: Michael Yuffa from WaterWorks called over the weekend to apologize and waved the bill. He says this is not the way they normally do business and it was a mistake on their side. As a result, I am changing the rating from 1 to 6.

Hi Joy, We did send one of our plumber out and spent three hours snaking the drain and we send another plumber out to try clear it as well and they both determined that the drain is probably collapse. I am sorry we couldn't deliver the stellar result we normally provide due to the unforeseen circumstances. But we love to help you resolve the problem whenever you are ready.
