Justin even found ways to cut costs without compromising the quality of the work and made additional repairs throughout the project. And to top things off, Jason searched around multiple stores for a clothesline so he could install it before leaving. I LOVE these guys! You can't go wrong with this team.

Roof Works is a neighbourhood favourite and our go-to contractor. They do outstanding work and are great to deal with. If they find something unexpected on the roof...they fix it. These guys rock.

The technician is in my home right now and doing a GREAT job. As suspected, he confirmed that the previous company merely went through the motions. He is detailed, pleasant and spending a LOT of time going through each duct. The price is great and the quality is superb. Thank goodness I have found a great contractor in this field.

The Reliance salesperson and installation staff were all very pleasant and they were all very happy with Reliance as an employer. (which is important to me) However, they were uniformly disorganized. The AC installer had the wrong coil and had to wait for a new one; ran out of gas and had to run to the store for more; and then forgot to install the thermostat and forgot to leave a cover for the AC. I asked for the AC cover 4x and finally received one that was too small. Ten days later and I still don't have a cover and the thermostat still hasn't been installed. The filter was installed quickly but the installers didn't explain how to replace the filter or what kind of filter to use. They left the instructions at the back of the furnace without telling me. Pleasant staff but very disorganized. I sure hope the AC works.

Outstanding installation of maple hardwood flooring in 2 stories of my home. Paul recommended a better quality of wood which was definitely worth the investment. Greg coordinated the installation and wow did those guys work non-stop. They paid extraordinary attention to detail in the washroom, closets and staircase (which had lots of spindles) and also returned immediately to complete two outstanding details. Their quote was competitive and they stuck to the quote despite a few surprises. This company was a pleasure to deal with.

Royal Work has been a pleasure to deal with. They waterproofed the entire perimeter of my home including one section that required internal waterproofing. They installed a sump pump and assisted with paperwork for the City rebate. They expanded a drain system to keep water away from my home and repaired some foundation flaws. And their cement work on the walkway was excellent. All of this was completed at a competitive price and they were a pleasure to deal with. And boy do they work HARD despite summer heat and frigid winter temperatures. This is an outstanding company and I have recommended them throughout my neighbourhood.

Royal Work did a great job of waterproofing my foundation; replacing a sidewalk; creating a new cement pad; expanding a walkway drain; and repairing portions of my foundation. They were professional and quick in preparing a quote and completed the work as soon as weather conditions provided an opening during the winter. They were also excellent at working with a challenging neighbour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking quality work at a competitive price.

These guys are fantastic. Three Little Pigs Masonry was working on my neighbour's property and noticed a weakness in my foundation that would allow water ingress. They fixed the problem as soon as they noticed it and didn't charge me! They have also provided invaluable advice on work needed to protect my home in the upcoming year. These guys are highly professional; take pride in their work; and are a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
