I called Waterworks to help me figure out why my kitchen ceiling, which is right below my shower sometimes appears wet. I was worried that they would need to cut into my ceiling to figure out what was going on. Fortunately, the plumber (Todd W) was able to diagnose the problem without needing to cut into the ceiling. He saw that the water was going into cracks in our grout and that all we need to do is to seal up the cracks with some cocking. We really appreciatate Todd taking the time to diagnose the issue without having to cut into our ceiling.

I came home from vacation and discovered that I had 2 huge wasp nests outside my house. Not knowing what to do, I looked on the internet and came across Pesticon. It had been reviewed very well on the internet, so I gave them a call. Within 2 hours of my call, Ahmed was at my house taking care of the problem. The two nests were wiped out completely. However over the next couple days, I noticed some more wasps trying to make other nests. I called Ahmed again to see what I should do. He said if they become a problem, he would take care of these new nests for no charge! But since these ones were pretty small, I just took care of them myself with over the counter sprays. To my surprise and for no additional costs, Ahmed still came by my house to make sure that everything was OK. I don't normally write reviews, but am doing so now because I really appreciate how honest, professional and knowledgable Ahmed was. Great customer service. Hopefully I never need pest control again, but if I do I will certainly call Pesticon
