I hired Freeflo to clean my dryer vent. Robert is punctual, professional, and very polite. He did a great job with the vent cleaning and also checked out my booster fan to make sure things were working properly. I will definitely call him again next time! Fantastic person and company.

Brian is very personable and great to work with. Kola did the installation very quickly and to a high standard. I was impressed with the quality of the product and also the care taken during consultation and installation. I highly recommend this company. We love our new blinds and it makes everything look brand new in our townhouse.

These guys are legends. Ordered a new dishwasher from them and they came and installed it the next day!! The installer was very polite and explained everything in detail. I have some more purchases coming up and will use this store in the future. You don't get the same service with the big stores, I am very happy with my purchase.

I needed to get the tiling replaced in my upstairs bathroom. Peter showed up on time for the initial visit and recommended a solution. When the work started, he worked efficiently and the quality of his work is excellent. He is a true professional and has done this type of work for many years in various countries. If you need any tiling/stonework done, hire this company. They are good and honest people. In the future, I will use them again when I need any tilework done.

Neil the owner is proficient in his field and knows what he is talking about when it comes to electrical issues. He solved my problems quickly and I trust in the quality of the work he did.

I had to move in on short notice and Kerry agreed to meet with me over the Christmas holidays to discuss painting the entire townhouse. He first went over color selections with my wife and I. At that point, I knew he was extremely knowledgeable and I felt in safe hands. The work commenced shortly after that and my confidence in the quality of the service only grew when I saw Kerry and Natasha working -- they are extremely careful with everything and very thorough with the work. They don't take any shortcuts -- all wall plates, fixture coverings, etc. are carefully removed and the paint is applied behind them. In addition, they also meticulously fixed any imperfections in the walls. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive, they took care of things I would never ever think of. The end product looked amazing, the whole place looks brand new and I was overjoyed to see the fine touches and overall quality of work was maintained throughout the space, which was quite large. Kerry stayed in communication throughout the project, which was very reassuring. Hire this company, they are good people and deliver on expectations.

I was looking for someone to do a bunch of small tasks around the house. Fred was perfect, he responded quickly to my inquiry and did a great job with all the assigned tasks (patching a worn floor, replacing hoses on the washer/dryer, grouting tiles, and caulking the washrooms). He is a good man who shows up on time and does the work well.

Finding a good plumber in the Vancouver area these days seems to be a tall order. Most don't bother to contact you back when inquiries are made. I had lots of small plumbing jobs that needed to be fixed in my townhouse (toilets, leaking sinks, incorrectly installed plumbing) and I decided to call Meadow Ridge. I am glad I did -- they sent over Ted, who was excellent! He really knows his stuff and performed all the work to a high standard. All of the issues were solved in one visit. I must also compliment the office staff at this company, they were very polite and responsive. All in all, a great experience!

Sean is extremely professional and through. He spent a substantial amount of time (several hours) doing the inspection, and found things that I would never even think of. He acts in the best interests of his clients and genuinely cares about explaining every issue. Finally, his inspection report is easy to read and comprehend while being meticulously detailed, including recommendations and photographs for fixing problems. He is also very generous with his time and takes calls/emails if there are any questions about the report. I feel much more comfortable with the property buying process after reading his report. Highly recommended!
