We've moved recently so have dealt with multiple service/product suppliers over the last couple of months. These guys are definitely one of the good ones. The ordering process was efficient and the installation experience excellent with all three doors completed in less than 2 hours. We're very happy with the appearance, functionality. The technician was pleasant and provided a very good orientation on warranty, service and maintenance.

John, Amy & Andy are very organized and punctual. There is no wasted time and they handled our possessions with care while keeping a fast pace going. I was grateful for having them able to deliver great service even during the COVID-19 lockdown. John made sure that we got the seniors discount of 10% though I did not ask or inquire about the policy. I hope I don't have to move again for quite a while but wouldn't hesitate to "call the mover" again.

Kyle provided services twice in a week for me on short notice as I prepped an older house for sale ahead of impending listing. He is proactive with providing advice and solutions while he works. The second visit was for a problem which was independent from the first and newly apparent. I liked him and his quick, competent service on the first visit so was happy to call him again. He did not disappoint. $160 of the charge was for equipment purchased to get the job complete. I would definitely call him again.

I would recommend this house cleaning service! I have told friends and neighbors about the excellent and professional service we received. I discussed what was required in our home in advance with Kenzie and I was impressed by their work and by their environmentally friendly products. I chose an hourly rate and found the price quoted was very reasonable. Kenzie and Dawn were thorough, and worked continuously for the hours they were in our home. They did a fantastic job! I look forward to using this company in the future!

Though I never actually engaged Big Al's for my water stained ceiling I wanted to express my appreciation. Chuck came to the house, saw my problem (staining around two kitchen pot lights) and provided advice for a self fix job. He suggested otherwise he would charge $150/visit for 2 visits to do it himself. A quote was provided but I went ahead and used the advice to successfully remove the stains. Cost $0.00. Service 100%. Thank you.

Ed responded quickly to a request for quote on home improvement work required to prepare my home for listing. He started work the following day, allocating time to my needs while also accommodating other clients in the run up to Xmas. He replaced and finished damaged drywall, re-constructed a basement window installation done poorly by others, re-aligned and shimmed my back door to fix cold draft problems, laid vinyl planking in a basement bedroom and installed missing baseboards in two areas. I was impressed with his resourceful approach and work focus to manage his time and juggle commitments. He listened well and provided good suggestions. I will keep EVM on file and definitely call again.

Acclaimed handled my furnace removal and install of new Trane HE furnace with a new Comfort-Aire central AC unit & Aprilaire humidifier in exemplary fashion from start to end. They respected my constraints as a condo unit owner subject to board restrictions. I was present for the work so met the technicians personally and found them to be very professional, competent and responsive to my queries. And extremely attentive to being clean & tidy over the 1 1/2 days without disrupting other residents. Space for the AC unit was limited so the owner interceded early to suggest an alternate design from my original Trane selection. It turned out very well and I received the replacement at the same cost even though it was a bit more expensive than the original unit. A custom AC cover was provided to fit the unique arrangement on my balcony. Not every HVAC service provider will even quote or provide service in a vertical rise condo building. I'm appreciative that Acclaimed are not only willing providers but also top tier in their field. Lastly, I live in Calgary and all dealings prior to and after install were long distance without hassle. Special thanks to Dan in sales and Charles at install time. The work was done in September 2015.
