Red Robin Masonry just completed tuck pointing and restoration work on our 90+ year red brick house. Last summer, Red Robin Masonry did a masterful reconstruction of our front porch, so there was no doubt that we would ask them to perform this necessary maintenance on our home. Start-to-finish, our experience with the Red Robin team was outstanding. We received a comprehensive estimate on the job and we were promptly scheduled for the spring. Despite the constant rain, Red Robin was able to complete our job on time and, as usual, the work reflects their craftsmanship. The red brick pillars supporting the front porch on our Riverdale home were leaning, one so badly that the wooden column between the pillar and the roof had completely buckled. Red Robin's professionalism gave us complete confidence from our first meeting. Mike precisely disassembled the old pillars and carefully preserved the old bricks to ensure that the new column matched the rest of the house. The new pillars are solid and arrow-straight, but because of the care with which Mike restored the brick work and matched the mortar, they blend perfectly with the vintage of the home and the character of the neighbourhood. He is a superior craftsman. Red Robin's broad portfolio of expertise was particularly convenient for us since we wanted to install a new porch railing.
