Just had my annual service call from Clarke Basements for the sump pump system. Jarod did a great job! He continued to maintain the great professionalism and great customer service that Clarke Basements provides. Jarod took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was going to do. He explained it detail but did not rush to ensure that I had a full understanding. I was very happy with the service that was provided and glad that Clarke continues to provide excellent customer service.

A third of my house was without power. I checked the breakers and one of them couldn't be reset. After futile attempts of trying to fix it myself I called up House Depot. Mark came over assessed the issue and gave me a quote. I advised that I was on a time constraint as I had to get to work. They were able to fix everything In a timely matter and clean up very tidy. Their service was great and there were no traces left with all regards to all the work they did. I was very happy with their service. Nice job guys!

We had mold and water coming through the basement walls that created a dampness and unappealing smell. The wood was rotted and the subfloor in particular areas was garbage. We spoke intitially with Emilio who is very corteous and thorough in our options. Answering many of our questions that we initially had. Rob and Luke did a great job of clearing the basement in preparation of installing the waterguard. There were a few suggestions that Rob made to us in which he thought would be more beneficial to us which we agreed to. Rob and Luke managed to keep within the time frame that was quoted even though the demolition was more than they expected. Overall they were professional in cleaning up after themselves. Did an excellent job of installing the system. Answered all questions that we had afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the work that Rob and Luke has done and feel great assurance that our money has been well spent. Thanks again.
