Waterproofing the perimeter of the house
We had mold and water coming through the basement walls that created a dampness and unappealing smell. The wood was rotted and the subfloor in particular areas was garbage.
We spoke intitially with Emilio who is very corteous and thorough in our options. Answering many of our questions that we initially had.
Rob and Luke did a great job of clearing the basement in preparation of installing the waterguard. There were a few suggestions that Rob made to us in which he thought would be more beneficial to us which we agreed to.
Rob and Luke managed to keep within the time frame that was quoted even though the demolition was more than they expected.
Overall they were professional in cleaning up after themselves. Did an excellent job of installing the system. Answered all questions that we had afterwards.
We are extremely pleased with the work that Rob and Luke has done and feel great assurance that our money has been well spent.
