Just had my annual service call from Clarke Basements for the sump pump system.
Jarod did a great job! He continued to maintain the great professionalism and great customer service that Clarke Basements provides.
Jarod took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was going to do. He explained it detail but did not rush to ensure that I had a full understanding.
I was very happy with the service that was provided and glad that Clarke continues to provide excellent customer service.
