Received a response from Jes of New Growth Electric Inc shortly after I made my request. While it wasn't in anyway an emergency Jes was available in a day to look after the job. Jes is a master electrician serving Hamilton and surrounding areas for over 16 years. Friendly, obliging and works so efficiently that the work was completed within an hour. And the total hourly rate includes taxes which was a nice surprise. I loved the finished product and would hire Jen again in a heartbeat.

Sebastian and Mark came by to look at The work needing to be done after I made a request on homestars. They were prompt to setting a date and were only delayed due to stormy weather. After moving all the loose bricks, they repaired the foundation and then restructured the façade. Good guys good work.

The staff at the store and the sales person were helpful in my selection of product and in this particular case the gentleman on the phone in Winnipeg, Jack, placed my order and the president of the fridge company made sure I got it in good time. The delivery was free in the two gentlemen who brought up my fridge to my condo or polite, friendly and efficient despite their long day and heavy traffic

My experience with Closets by Design was excellent from initial meeting with rep who discussed the project and made helpful suggestions. They provided excellent workmanship despite slanted walls. Even after the project Sam, the manager, obliged me with an additional shelf which I hadn't thought I needed. Very well priced also.
