They get the money first and they deliver useless, messy , unorganized service. They were supposed to do aeration, raking and seeding for us since April and they did aeration after one month that we called them, they came back for rest and left a mess, didn't pick up all the dead grass that they raked and didn't seed properly. Left us with huge super heavy dead grass bags that we cannot lift and city wont pick either, We called them 10 times and left message and nothing, cas they got paid!

We were inquiring/trying to buy a door at this store on Sat Oct, 24. We talked to associate and showed him the door we wanted to buy & told him about the size of the opening & checked with him about the door that we were gonna buy. We asked him about installation by homedepot & he set us online so that a contractor will call estimate. Also the doors were on special rate he mentioned not to wait for the estimate and purchase the door. So we ended up going to a closer-to-home branch at st. Clair and Keele & bought the door so contractor can come and give us an estimate. Contractor called yesterday & once he found out that we have bought the door he said he couldn't install it since they install what they deliver and they don't even install that type of door that we bought. (Masonite 34" RH) as he cannot warranty it. & he mentioned we should have got 36" door. Called the store 3 time and so far I was told that someone will call me back and no one has. The manager hung up on me last time I called. I called again and they just keep telling em they call me back. So unprofessional
